Tents

cleartop courtyard tent

  • Clear-span (no internal poles), fully transparent 45’x20’ white canopy located between the Residence and Event Hall. Suitable for Receptions and Cocktail Hour.

    10- 10’ perimeter poles, with leg drapes included.

    Tent’s internal frame is lined with “Christmas-style” string lights. Criss-crossing strings connect tent ridge to poles.

    Pictured greenery and disco ball not included.

  • Included in most event packages. Generally available May-September.

    Note: Tent cannot be moved. Any alterations (e.g. additional lighting, fabric draping) must be pre-approved.

opaque sward tent

  • Clear-span (no internal poles) 30’x40’ opaque white canopy adjacent to the Ceremony Gazebo and Sward (lawn). Suitable for Ceremonies (especially in case of rain) and Cocktail Hour.

    10, 10’ perimeter poles, with leg drapes included.

    Tent internal perimeter is lined with Edison-style string lights.

  • Included in most event packages. Generally available May-September.

    Note: Cannot be moved or altered. Any alterations (e.g. additional lighting, fabric draping) must be pre-approved.

Tables

8-ft. reclaimed wood farm tables

  • Built by Matt and his dad from 80-year-old douglas-fir salvaged from a North Seattle church’s pews. Seats up to 10 people (4 per side and 1 on each end).

    Under construction so dimensions are approximate):
    100”L x 33”W x 30”H

    Photo is an approximation of final design and those chairs aren’t ours. Tables will be crafted to complement our vintage Snyder chairs.

  • 13 tables available for rent @ $100. each (compare to $115 + delivery from other vendors).

  • We scoured Etsy & Craigslist to assemble a collection of classic American Snyder wood folding chairs from the 1930s-70s. They’ve been repaired and refinished, but retain their vintage charm.

    Approx. 29.5”w x 30”H; Seat is 13” x 14” and 16.5” from ground.

  • 100 chairs available for rent @ $4.75 each.

    Note: Can be used at any location, but cannot be moved during an event. Please note that as an assembled set, color and wear variations exist.
